Tender description
The consultant would be required to: work alongside the programme team supporting the delivery of TCF, support Partner Councils and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority in developing Outline Business Cases (OBC), Full Business Cases (FBC), Full Business Cases + Costs (FBC+) along with other professional services work in the delivery phase. The consultant would be required to: work alongside the programme team supporting the delivery of TCF, support Partner Councils and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority in developing Outline Business Cases (OBC), Full Business Cases (FBC), Full Business Cases + Costs (FBC+) along with other professional services work in the delivery phase. Tenderers should note that the agreement will be awarded by West Yorkshire Combined Authority but direct work with Partner Councils in the Leeds City Region will be required.
