*** THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *** UKRI has a requirement for an extension to the HV Network. This Single Sourcing Action has been approved in line with Regulation 32, (2), (b) (ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as the extension to the HV network is part of the SSE network. Further competition would not be possible as all network project work would be instructed to SSE as a Principle Contractor/Principle Designer under CDM regulations 2015
