Request for Tenders for the supply of Small Office Shredders to the Houses of the Oireachtas Service

Tender description

The Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”), acting for and on behalf of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (“the Contracting Authority”) wishes to engage a service provider to provide small office shredders to the Houses of the Oireachtas Service. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament, (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Service (further information is available at www.oireachtas.ie). This public procurement competition relates to the supply of small office shredders, as required, to the Houses of the Oireachtas Service. The services to be provided are the supply and delivery of small office shredders to the Houses of the Oireachtas Service as and when required. It is proposed to seek quotes for a notional number of 250 shredders. The notional quantity is not a guaranteed quantity, has no contractual value and will be used for comparing tenders for evaluation purposes only.
