Request for Information - Commercialisation Expertise for an Enterprise Ireland Funded project relating to Pilot Work Related Stress

A research commercialisation project at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) requires the engagement of a commercialisation and marketing partner. This work will lead the commercialisation side of the development of an application to support Pilots and other stakeholders to manage issues pertaining to Work Related Stress (WRS), wellbeing and fitness to fly. The project will have three distinct phases, and each is contingent on the success of the previous phase. The project is the culmination of research led by the Centre for Innovative Human Systems in the School of Psychology in collaboration with aviation and other industry partners. The Commercialisation lead will review the market needs; analyse feedback from trial partners and identify additional key stakeholders. The main outputs from the commercial tasks will be a Marketing Plan, Business Plan, Business Model Generation, and a comprehensive presentation for potential Investors, whilst identifying global opportunities and viable routes to market.
