Location: Triscott House, Avondale Drive, Hayes UB3 3PE Works Scope - The undertaking of this specific apartment and communal area ceiling voids works to provide Compliant Insulation to Heating/ HWS pipe work between: All works compliant with British Standards, BS 5970:2012 1. Remove ceiling tiles & refit after replacing pipe work insulation short sections at any one time to reduce the risk of increasing heat with in the building from exposed pipe work, 2. Remove all existing insulation on heating & hot water services & replace with PAROC Hvac Section AluCoat T is a non-combustible stone wool pipe sections 3. Remove cylinder jacket 2nd Floor replace with bespoke jacket 4. Bag up all waste materials in sealed polythene bags all waste materials removed from site on completion of contract, Due to the nature of the building and current Covid 19 restrictions, No site visits pre tender stage will be allowed The Installer shall seek clarification of any relevant matters before returning the tender
