Quantity surveying services for additional accommodation at St Colman's College, Claremorris. Please see attached project brief. In summary, the project will comprise: • 1 x general classroom 58.6 m2; • 2 x construction studies rooms 149 m2 each; • 1 x construction studies prep room 58.6 m2; • 1 x project store 12.3 m2; • 3 x Set rooms 15 m2 each; • student and staff toilets 25 m2; • locker space 27.9 m2. Giving a floor area of 539.8 m2 Giving a gross floor area (including circulation and partitions of 691 m2 And also to be demolished: 5 x prefabs 48 m2 each 1 x existing concrete portal frame construction studies room 150 m2 Total area to be demolished: 390 m2 Quantity surveying services for additional accommodation at St Colman's College, Claremorris, Co.
