Procurement Tendering Support and General Procurement Advice The service requirements associated with this section will address adhoc, urgent queries both internal and external in nature. There will also be a key role for the service provider in assisting the various sections in the development and management of the tender process depending on the level of experience of the procurement practitioner. Training and Development Training requirements will need to be bespoke in nature, including review of actual case studies and issues encountered during previous procurement processes. Consideration should be given to provision of remote interactive training modules supported by online training resources Training will be split into two strands: 1. Stage 1: Training for management, budget holders and approvers to update/enhance their knowledge and ensure compliant procurement identifying best practice and pitfalls 2. Stage 2: Training for procurement practitioners
