Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis

Tender description

The London Borough of Brent on behalf of i4B Holdings Ltd (i4B) is undertaking this procurement to procure a suitably qualified management agent to provide high quality housing management, repair, compliance and voids management services to i4B’s private rented sector (PRS) street side properties in the Home Counties and Greater London and additionally in Milton Keynes and the Vale of the White Horse. I4B is also looking to procure a facilities management contractor to oversee the block management of its block of key worker accommodation in Wembley Park. This procurement is divided into 3 Lots as follows: 1) Housing Management, Repairs, Compliance and Voids Services in the Home Counties and Greater London; 2) Housing Management, Repairs, Compliance and Voids Services in Milton Keynes and the Vale of White Horse; and 3) Facilities Management for a Block of Key Worker Properties in Wembley Park. The appointed contractor will be the primary management agent for i4B Holdings properties located in the Home Counties and Greater London. The portfolio consists of 60 properties. Although i4B has significant housing management capacity to provide services in the London Borough of Brent the contractor may be asked to provide additional capacity within the company’s growing portfolio located in Brent and Greater London. The appointed contractor will be the primary management agent for i4B Holdings properties located in the Milton Keynes and Oxfordshire. The portfolio would consist of 15 properties — 9 in Milton Keynes and 6 in the Vale of White Horse. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the facilities management of a block of 153 units of key worker accommodation in Wembley Park. The appointed contractor will be responsible for facility management functions such as repairs, maintenance works, and void management. Bidders should note that this contract is for the management of the internal demise of the building only.
