Tender description

The requirements for the Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) for this project is to not only provide support to ensure compliance with legislation and planning conditions but also to provide advice, guidance and monitoring to the Client (Kildare County Council) and Waterways Ireland throughout construction. Please refer to Project Brief for detailed requirements. The requirements for the Resident Engineer (RE) is to supervise the planning, coordination and implementation of the construction and completion of road crossings and tie ins. The Resident Engineer's primary role is to ensure that the works are constructed as designed and and that the Contractor carries out all his obligations under the contract.
