The 3 Counties Energy Agency, (www.3cea.ie) as the regional actor in the South East, have secured funding under the Interreg NWE RegEnergy project, to appoint a design consultant, to assist with the installation of biomethane storage and heating plant, at sites in the counties of Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford.
