Aberdeen City Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a comprehensive, secure, systematic fully managed service to print, pack and distribute garden waste bin permits across the Council area. The services must include: — design support services for and provision of adhesive labels; — supply of printed envelopes and covering letters for each permit; — access to dispatch information through a managed route allowing nominated Council staff to view; interrogate and update permit data in real time; — solution support during the Council’s working hours.
