Plashet School is a maintained girl's secondary school in East Ham, London, within the Borough of Newham. The school operates on a split site, joined by a short footbridge over Plashet Grove. The North site kitchen caters for years 7 and 8, the South site for years 9 to 11. The tender project is seeking to appoint a Supplier whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of service within the existing facilities for the 1440 students (increasing to 1500 by Sept 2021) on roll and 189 teaching and support staff, with a focus on exciting new food concepts to satisfy a wide range of pupil tastes and dietary requirements. The Client will wish the successful Supplier to review the current range of services offered and make recommendations accordingly.
