Tender description

Plymouth Community Homes are looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced metal fabricators and installers. It is expected that the contract duration with be for up to 5 years and have an estimated total value of GBP 600 000. PCH are looking to award to a maximum of 2 suppliers. This will consist of a mixture of schedule of rates and quoted (bespoke) works. Work including but not limited to new railings, fencing and gates as well as general repairs. Lot 1: Plymouth Community Homes will be looking to carry out an open tendering procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations.
