LOETB has assumed management of The National Construction Training Centre at Mount Lucas. Currently the Centre focusses primarily on Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Tickets and the transfer of those to the UK equivalent (CPCS)/ on HSE (the UK SafePass). Construction Skills Certification Scheme The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) provides for the training, assessment, certification and registration of non-craft operatives within the construction sector.
