City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking organisations to bid to deliver innovative projects that: Are user led in planning, development and implementation; Support early intervention and prevention and the Keep it Local agenda Work in partnership with other organisations to enable people to access ordinary activities Provide support for disabled people to use their personal budgets, direct payments, personal health budgets and individual service funds Help organisations be in a position to deliver on more personalised ways of working such as direct payments, personal health budgets and individual service funds Keywords: user, led, organisation, community, voluntary, personal budget
