Close care service provision for two male adults with medium to significant learning disabilities and complex physical/health care needs. West Lothian Council have a continuing requirement for close care service provision, the aim which is to enable a high standard of care and support for two male adults with medium to significant learning disabilities and complex physical/health care needs. One to one care and support is required at Blackburnhall Gardens, Bathgate West Lothian within a tenancy for individuals who have been identified by West Lothian Council as requiring such support. As the full impact of Covid-19 is unknown in terms of both West Lothian's workforce and that the provider, to ensure continuity of care for service users during this period, it is proposed that a direct award is made to the incumbent service provider for a period of six months.
