Tender description

This was a further competition procedure under the dynamic purchasing system ‘Dynamic Provider List — Home Based Care and Support Services’, project reference DN176188. The Council sought to add to a list of additional providers to deliver relevant services in the Bassetlaw area of Nottinghamshire. A ‘Lead Provider’ had already been contracted for Bassetlaw. The Council will commission home based care and support services for adults who have been assessed and are eligible for social care services. This includes adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, substance misuse and mental illness, including dementia and will also cover joint funded packages on behalf of Nottinghamshire's Clinical Commissioning Groups.
