Glaslough Tyholland Group Water Scheme - Castleshane Distribution Watermain

Tender description

This Contract, titled Glaslough/Tyholland GWS – Castleshane Distribution Watermain Contract is designed for the extension of existing distribution network to provide service at Castleshane, Co. Monaghan and includes the following works: (a) Construction of approximately 1753 m of 110mm O.D. PE100 SDR11 distribution main, constructed by trenchless technique method such as Horizontal Directional Drilling, constructed in N2 National Primary Road and in Local Public and Private Roads; (b) Construction of approximately 300 m of 110mm O.D. PE100 SDR11 distribution main, constructed by open cut method, constructed in Local Public Road; (c) Construction of consumer service connection pipelines from main to consumer meter boxes; (d) Ancillary fittings, connections, crossings etc. on the proposed mains; (e) Disposal of excavated material in accordance with the Waste Management Acts 1996-2003 including obtaining all approvals and licences. (f) Provision of temporary and permanent road reinstatement; (g) Any other works that may be required. Tenderer’s shall note that Tender Submission for the project shall require the submission of three Form of Tender & Schedules, as follows: - Volume B1: Mandatory Form of Tender and Schedules - Volume B2: Alternative No. 1 Form of Tender and Schedules - Volume B3: Alternative No. 2 Form of Tender and Schedules
