Please Note: site visit can only be carried out with the prior agreement of the surveyor managing this contract. His details can be found at the end of this advert Scope: ABC are seeking a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to carry out works to construct a new scooter store at one of its sheltered schemes. The work involves relocation of existing sheds onto new concrete bases and the conversion of an existing bin store enclosure, using a prefabricated steel framework to support a new roof. The new building provided by the conversion work will be fitted out with electrical services for security, lighting and battery recharging. Term: 4 weeks with a proposed timeframe of 3rd August 2020 to 28th August 2020. Tender Evaluation: 80% Price / 20% Quality Contract Award: The company who submits the most economically advantageous tender.
