The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to procure a single provider contract for the provision of professional engineering services to meet the ordinary requirements of a local authority for traffic and transportation, transport and development planning, environmental enhancements (public realm) and sustainability, highways management and design and consultancy advice and support.
