Tender description

Contract for design services on the Edinburgh Waverley Western Approaches project encompassing option selection with an option instruct approval in principle design. Production of a GRIP 3 option selection report and supporting engineering products. Production of approval in principle (AIP) design documentation. Supporting the preparation and submission of significant statutory consents, such as a Transport and Works Act Scotland submission. Provision of detailed environmental surveys. Engagement with statutory bodies including SEPA, Historic Scotland and Local Authorities. Identification of third party land requirements out with the rail boundary. Liaison with a range of utility companies.
