DfT Access to Mindfulness App

Tender description

The Department for Transport (DfT) invites proposals for a Mindfulness Mobile Phone Application Provider. The appointed supplier will be expected to provide access to a mobile mindfulness app for at least 1,600 staff members in DfT, out of a total headcount of c. 2,900. The app should provide access to a range of mindfulness practices, including some for anxiety and sleep. The provider would NOT be expected to offer mindfulness interventions to support severe physical or mental health conditions or duplicate the work of DfT's existing occupational health and EAP providers. This contract will be let for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend (at the discretion of the Department) by a further 12 months. The maximum value of this contract over a two year span is £30,000. The tender submission deadline is 22/06/2020 (17:00 noon).
