Awarded — this tender is for the provision of in-home usage data and insight relating to eating habit within the home. Submissions for the provision of these data services should be based on the information contained within the specification. As one element of our data sources AHDB purhcases in-home consumption data to look at consumption behaviour in the home. Retail and Consumer Insight (RCI) team provides independent, impartial market analysis, using AHDB’s own, and third party information (upon permission with data providers). Our team’s aim is to describe and explain changes in consumer attitudes and behaviour enabling levy payers to better understand the market in which they operate. This helps farm businesses and other levy payer in the supply chain plan for the future and make better business decisions. Awarded — some of the coffre requirements are, category coverage: Meat/fish/poultry Fresh red meat, fresh beef, fresh lamb, fresh pork, frozen beef, frozen lamb, frozen pork, fresh poultry (breakout for chicken-turkey), fish, frozen poultry, sliced cooked meats, sausages, bacon, fresh burgers and grills, frozen burgers and grills, ready to cook, ready meals, fresh pulled pork and BBQ. Further cuts breakdown for primary beef, lamb and pork: Roasting (breakout for leg/shoulder for lamb and loin/belly for pork), frying/grilling, mince, chops, bacon (chops/joints/rashers) fresh potatoes, potato products. Dairy: cheese, milk, butter, spreads and margarine (BSM), yoghurt and cream. Filters: cheese filters on: extra mature, mature, medium, mild, vintage. BSM filters: butter and marg, then splits on Block, spreadable, sunflower.
