Civil structural engineering services for additional accommodation at St Colman's College, Claremorris. Please see attached project brief In summary, the project will comprise: • 1 x general classroom 58.6 m2 • 2 x construction studies rooms 149 m2 each • 1 x construction studies prep room 58.6 m2 • 1 x project store 12.3 m2 • 3 x SET rooms 15 m2 each • student and staff toilets 25 m2 • locker space 27.9 m2 Giving a floor area of 539.8 m2 Giving a gross floor area including circulation and partitions of 691 m2 Also to be demolished: 5 x Prefabs 48 m2 each 1 x Existing concrete portal frame construction studies room 150 m2 Total area to be demolished: 390 m2.
