onsultancy Services for the detailed design and formulation of contract documents for remedial works in 30No. Housing Estates in Co. Meath. This will include detailed survey and design of the remdial works to be undertaken within the housing estates. prepration of tender documentation and tender assessment and employers representative during the works. The exact location of the Housing Estates are yet to be finalised however they will be within County Meath. there will be approximatley 20 No. Housing Estates ranging in size from 2 to 25 Units there will be approximately 5 No. Housing Estates ranging in size from 26 to 75 units there will be approximately 5 No. Housing Estates ranging in size from 76 or greater units although the exact number of each estate is unknown the appointment will be initally for 25 No. Estates. After detailed assesment and design the works procurement model will be agreed and may include the batching of Housing estates in works packages of multiple Housing developements
