The Site is located within Rossaveel Fishery Harbour Centre, Rossaveel, Co. Galway. The amenity building is to be located to the west of the existing Small Craft Harbour (SCH) and comprises of reclaimed foreshore. Access to the site is via an access road from the R336. This building is to provide users of the small craft harbour with welfare facilities. This tender is for the construction of the concrete foundation, walls and roof of the amenity building.
