Banbury MUGA Refurbishment Contract

Tender description

2 Multi-Use Games Areas located within Banbury require the fencing replaced and the sites upgrading. The sites are located within the towns Hillview and Stanbridge Parks OX16 1QW & OX16 0NR. Tenders are to be sent in with artwork for the sites both on memory sticks and in hard copy format, which has to be returned to our Southam Road Cemetery Depot, Southam Road, Banbury OX16 2FW as our main office at the Town Hall in Banbury is currently closed during the coronavirus pandemic. If the office at the depot is unoccupied when delivery is due either from Royal Mail or courier service, please contact the Client Officer beforehand so that receipt of Tenders can take place. Tenders will not be accepted electronically via email or with any packages/ envelopes marked by any company details or logos. The information provided by prospective tenderers must be in a format that the information can be displayed in the play area or sent out to local residents for comments. The Town Council cannot print and artwork that is over A3 in size. Tenders will be opened after the closing date of NOON (12.00pm) on Friday 17th July 2020 with the successful tenderer/ contractor notified ASAP after this with a prospective start date on site of the 31st August 2020 for completion by the end of September 2020.
