Tender description

1.1. Southampton City Council, on behalf of a working partnership with Eastleigh Borough Council, Winchester City Council and New Forest District Council (The "Local Authority partners"), invites a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to submit a proposal to deliver a programme of engagement activities centred on domestic burning of solid fuels in stoves, open fires and bonfires across Southampton, Eastleigh, The New Forest and Winchester region. 1.2. The key objective of this programme is to reduce emissions of pollutants associated with domestic wood burning, primarily particulate matter, and reduce the associated public health burden of these pollutants across the Local Authority regions
