16+ High Intensity and Floating Support

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations that will deliver a high-quality supported accommodation service; providing person-centred and outcome-focused support to young people aged predominantly 16 to 18. There will be a contract for six geographical areas. A Tenderer can apply for one or more geographical areas. The high intensity service will be delivered in appropriate accommodation such as houses or flats. The floating support will be delivered as support hours. The contracts will commence on 1 July 2020 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the InTend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 on 16 January 2020.
