Tender description
KWETB wishes to establish a single supplier framework agreement for onsite IT support to KWETB schools and Centres to include the following: — the supply of two onsite technical support technicians for KWETB; — management and support of the onsite technical support technicians; — monitoring and maintenance of all servers in further education buildings in KWETB; — provision of all necessary insurance, equipment, transport and any other elements required for the technicians to successfully carry out their duties. The ability to provide additional resources when required by KWETB.
