Tender description

The design, manufacture and delivery of precast concrete box culverts as detailed: • 10 number precast concrete box culverts, 2m in length with internal dimensions of 4.0m x 2.0m. • Waterproofing and jointing material for culverts. • 4 number L shaped square sloped wing walls with a height at the back of the wall of 2.7m reducing to 2.0m over a distance of 2.0m (2 left and 2 right). • Waterproofing to buried surfaces of wing walls The culverts are for a local road and will be required to carry HA loading plus 37.5 units of HB loading (or eurocode equivalent), a minimum of 300mm of cover will be provided on the culverts. Lifting eyes and chains to be provided.
