Tender description

The Open University (OU) are tendering for a split test tool to be delivered as a Software as a Service (Saas)/cloud based solution, including support and maintenance. The tool to enable continued split-testing across recruitment websites. Traffic to the website is distributed between the original (control) and the different variations to anonymously monitor website user interaction preferences. We also require support to implement the solution. The Open University (OU) are tendering for a split test tool to be delivered as a Software as a Service (Saas)/cloud based solution, including support and maintenance. The tool to enable continued split-testing across recruitment websites. Traffic to the website is distributed between the original (control) and the different variations to anonymously monitor visitor preferences. The OU is looking to scale up the traffic to the website over time and are estimating a 5 % year on year increase in page views, sessions and visitors to the site. To ensure this is possible the solution must ensure that it is able to provide a cost effective approach to allow the flexibility of an increase in demand. The online solution should be able to continue the OU to run split testing across recruitment websites, with the goal of improving one or more website metrics. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended by the OU for further periods up to a maximum of 5 years in total at its discretion. We also require support to implement the solution.
