The procurement process will follow the innovation partnership procedure and is intended to encourage innovative businesses to help United Utilities tackle key efficiency, safety and customer challenges in innovative ways. The United Utilities Innovation Lab will be a 12-week programme and successful candidates will be co-located and work closely with United Utilities to test, develop, improve and demonstrate their product/service in live customer environments. During week commencing 06 July, United Utilities will be beginning a procurement process to win a place in the third United Utilities Innovation Lab. The first Innovation Lab process ran from Feb 18 to May 18 and the second innovation lab from September 2019 to December 2019.
