Tender description

NHS England have contracted with Spectrum Community Healthcare, in partnership with Tess, Esk and Wear Valley Mental Health Foundation Trust and Humankind to provide the healthcare within the seven North East prisons. Under the Care Act 2014, local authorities have a duty to assess and arrange social care services to eligible adults in prisons, of which there are 4 in County Durham - Deerbolt, Durham, Frankland, Low Newton. (Contract Reference 19-N137)
