Flagship has a requirement for suitably qualified estate agents, valuers and Surveyors, to undertake a range of services to support Flagships disposals programme. Market sale valuations (Norfolk) — includes visit to property and/or a desktop exercise and local research to gather information required to prepare and issue to the Flagship representative an estimate of the likely market sale price of the property in accordance with the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Note fee payable following delivery of valuation report. Market sale valuations (Suffolk) — includes visit to property and/or a desktop exercise and local research to gather information required to prepare and issue to the Flagship representative an estimate of the likely market sale price of the property in accordance with the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Note fee payable following delivery of valuation report. Market sale valuations (Essex) — includes visit to property and/or a desktop exercise and local research to gather information required to prepare and issue to the Flagship representative an estimate of the likely market sale price of the property in accordance with the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Note fee payable following delivery of valuation report. Market sales agency (Norfolk) — includes visit to property to gather information required to prepare and issue to the Flagship representative an estimate of the guide price at which to market the property, prepare property particulars (description, floor-plans, photographs, room dimensions and inventory i.e. utilities and heating systems), prepare such particulars for both internet advertising and issue particulars to prospective buyers in hard paper or electronic copy, erect a for sale board at the property, receive enquiries from potential buyers, accompany potential buyers to all viewings at properties (keeping and leaving the property secure afterwards and reporting disrepair or damage to the Flagship representative), convene open house viewing events, validate potential buyers ability to make a bona fide offer, demonstrate that the best price has been achieved, provide weekly updates of marketing activities through to completion of sale contract. Note fee payable following completion of sale (no sale no fee).
