Property insurance, to cover: — fire, — lightning, — thunderbolt, — explosion, — aircraft, — earthquake, — subterranean fire, — smoke damage, — riot, civil commotion, — malicious persons, — storm, — flood, — freezing water in fixed water or fixed heating systems, — water escaping from washing machines, dishwashers, fixed water or fixed heating systems, — oil escaping from a fixed heating system, — theft or attempted theft, — falling aerials or satellite receiving equipment, solar panels, wind turbines and security equipment, their fittings or masts, — accidental breakage of glass in doors or windows, ceramic hobs, sanitary ware and solar heating panels fixed to and forming part of the building, — accidental damage to drains, pipes, cables and underground tanks used to provide services to or from the buildings, — falling trees or branches, telegraph poles, pylons or lamp-posts, — impact, — subsidence or ground heave or landslip, — accidental damage, — terrorism.
