Procurement and installation of a Visitors Management System for the EPA

Tender description

This tender is for the procurement and installation of a Visitor Management System. The contract includes the procurement of an appropriate solution, the necessary infrastructure equipment required for each location (such as touch screens, wireless printers, etc), and the installation of the equipment and solution. The training of relevant EPA admin /reception staff on the solution is also required. Documentation of the full setup is required. On-going support and maintenance (including appropriate updates for a 4-year term) is required. The EPA seeks to include possible potential future enhancements of the solution, as deemed appropriate by the EPA (to a maximum of 5 days for the purpose of this tender response). The EPA wishes to procure a cloud hosted solution. There is no existing data to be migrated as part of this project.
