Preparatory Programme for Disengaged Communities and Local Leaders Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender for the delivery of a Preparatory Programme for Disengaged Communities and Local Leaders under the Shared Spaces and Services theme of the Newry, Mourne and Down PEACE IV Local Action Plan. The main objective of the programme is to engage individuals and communities not normally engaged with the Peace Process on issues of contested space. This programme will provide cross- community contact opportunities to help build capacity within disengaged communities, leading to the creation of shared vision and removal of psychological barriers in local neighbourhoods. The project is managed by Newry, Mourne and Down Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP). The project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
