Leicester City Council (the Council) is looking for eProcurement solutions that provide for the procurement and management of contracts online. The Council is interested in understanding the current market, and whether suppliers can supply all of our requirements and what solutions suppliers can provide. As a principle the Council is embracing digitalisation of as many services as possible. The contract for the Council's current solution is due to expire in 2023. Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification. The deadline for responses to this pre-market engagement is no later than 10:00hrs 30/06/2020.
