Beyond Housing wants to develop an on boarding journey that will engage new starters and internal movers to have a deeper connection and a real sense of belonging to Beyond Housing from the very start (their receipt of an initial offer of a role at Beyond Housing). We are looking for an IT platform to support this by sharing our brand identity and by taking an individual on an exciting journey to show them what Beyond Housing is all about and provide a clear focus on our strategy and values. The system should allow for an innovative exchange of information in the lull between the initial offer and start date and have a function that supports a fluid dialogue between an individual and their manager to keep the momentum going and to build and keep the individual engaged.
