Tender description

• Fabrication of steel support structure in accordance with EN14122:2016 (Safety of machinery — Permanent means of access to machinery) including o Platform o Main support structure, o Stairs and landing structure o Bund o Access • Painting – Prime and paint o Support structure – RAL 6000 o Handrails & ladders – RAL 1023 • Delivery to Site, including off-loading. • Installation o Installation will have to be completed during production operations and the contractor will have to generate safe systems of work to complete while working in a live plant environment • Modification o Modification to existing ladders o Hose reel relocation o Existing control cabinet relocation o Connection to existing water line • Final design and fabrication dimensions by the appointed contractor, which shall be in accordance with EN14122:2016 (Safety of machinery — Permanent means of access to machinery). Certification of same shall be provided by the appointed contractor.
