The general goal of the procurement is to maintain and increase commercialisation of findings of other commercial results from activities at NMBU and NBIO to industry and society. The objective and scope of the contract: The general goal of the procurement is to maintain and increase commercialisation of findings of other commercial results from activities at NMBU and NBIO to industry and society. Ard therefore needs to collect external legal assistance in different disciplines, for example such as contract negotiation, protection of immaterial rights, procurements, state support and contracts within a broad range connected to commercialisation of research and development, particularly related to environment, sustainable development, public health and animal health, climate challenges, renewable energy sources, food production and area and resource management. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the Requirement Specification (Annex A).
