2576/486/MY/NW/20 Continuous Wave IR Laser system The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Continuous Wave IR Laser system for battery development with real-time weld process analysis. Continuous Wave IR Laser system AMRC North West has a requirement for advanced battery joining systems and equipment to support manufacturing research activities on battery pack manufacturing. AMRC North West are investigating a range of similar and dissimilar material joining research, which are used in the manufacture of electric vehicle battery module and packs. This tender is for a Continuous Wave IR Laser system for battery development with real-time weld process analysis to be located within an existing class 4 laser suitable passive enclosure in a fixed, vertical orientation.
