The project consists of a 2 classroom SEN base with a total floor area (incl. walls and circulation) of 439m². Please refer to the attached schedule of accommodation for further details of areas required. Some potential constraints / difficulties that may need to be addressed to deliver this project include: adjacent Water Tower structure may need to be demolished; sloping site; diversion/adjustment to existing sewerage system; potential capacity issues with fire safety and alarm systems; DAC issues etc.
