Tender description

Via East Midlands Ltd and Nottingham City Council (defined as the Purchaser(s)) are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Contractor that that can Install and Maintain Traffic Loop detectors. The purpose of this tender is to award a contract to a single Contractor to install and maintain Traffic Loop Detectors Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) will apply to this contract requirement and bidders must sign the Confidentiality Agreement and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement through the e-tendering portal https://www.eastmidstenders.org/ for Via East Midlands Ltd to release the related TUPE information. All associated TUPE costs must be in incorporated within the bidders tender bid.
