Radian are seeking the provision of an occupational health service for prospective and current employees. Providing guidance on how best to support employees, measures of reasonable adjustment and typical absence periods the aim of this service is to ensure we can provide a range of services to promote and support the health and wellbeing of our employees. As well as meeting our moral and legal obligations. This means working in partnership to ensure we have the right arrangements in place to enable access to a clinical advisory services, pre and during employment screening, management referrals for advice on supporting colleagues to optimise their attendance, reasonable adjustments required, health surveillance programmes and proactive management of absence as per our processes.
