Tender description

The City of Sunderland holds various events throughout each year which are hosted by the Council. The events range from small half day events where a few hundred people attend to large multi-day events where thousands of people attend. Some events are a one-off occurrence and others have been running for multiple years. The Council may also introduce new events as need arises. Most of the events hosted by the Council required medical services provision to be available on the site of the event for the whole time the event is being held. The service is divided into two lots: Lot 1: First Aid Led Medical Services, Lot 2: Emergency Medicine Doctor Led Medical Service. Lot 1: First aid led medical services — this lot will cover general events which will be events requiring first aid led medical services only. Lot 2: Emergency medicine doctor led medical service — this lot will cover large scale events which will require an emergency medicine doctor led medical service.
