Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council would like to engage the services of a provider(s) to deliver the following domestic abuse services for women and children recovering from trauma including domestic abuse, forced marriage, human trafficking, female genital mutilation and other forms of violence against women. This will include: — drop in duty service for immediate enquiries, — short, medium and long term support and advocacy, — visiting support and outreach services, — services specifically for women from BAME communities. This will include: — 1:1 support, — practical and financial support tasks to assist mother, — events and activities, — services specifically for children and young people from BAME communities. This will include; — hub based support, — groupwork activities. This will include support provided within: — 24 hour staffed accommodation, — shared accommodation, — accommodation specifically from women from BAME communities, — refuge admissions will be coordinated via a single pathway operated by service providers.
