Swansea Council (the Service Purchaser) is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver services for children, young people and their families in Swansea including community and leisure opportunities. The service shall support children with a variety and multitude of presenting needs. The service provider will be responsible for helping children and young people to realise the above ambition by enabling them to participate in mainstream activities of their choice.
