Tender description

Existing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) services need urgent support as they seek alternative operational and technical options to help maintain their service delivery despite the disruptions posed by Covid-19. These same services are also seeking new and rapid deployment options, incorporating new digital solutions, to provide support to a greater cohort of vulnerable and isolated people as a further 8.76 million people are instructed to self-isolate. Within this population, the priority is to extend service availability to the 1.5 million people identified by UK Government as high risk, and who are being asked to stay at home.
